The image won't load for me, unfortunately
Oo, thank you!
We could possibly try and let the staff decide based on the results of the poll-
What I believe the wiki is trying to do is to please all of it's users. While some- even most, according to this poll- may be fine with the current name, there's a large amount who want it changed. The overall goal, at least in my perspective, of this wiki is to grow and provide more users with the values of pets. When almost half of it's users disagree over a topic that can be easily fixed to make everyone (more or less) happier, you bet the staff will attempt to fix matters. They don't want a bad rep and a controversial environment. So, after many complaints filed by the very people they're working so hard to please, they've put this poll up to see how many people would prefer another name. I understand your point- it might seem like people are making a big deal out of something you think isn't one. However, an issue like this can be easily fixed and is causing more harm then good (at least in my opinion).
Yes, I would edit the second example you listed out, as I don't believe it's allowed on this wiki.
I would vote either Blueberry Lemonade or Stewart for the new name, although I would fully support Yoosung
Those are great names!
Generally, I just don't think it's wise to represent something that's used by a large amount of people with something that has the potential to become a controversial issue.
I totally have nothing against anyone who supports the name, and I personally thought it was amusing when I first saw it, but this was probably an unnecessary issue that could of been avoided.
However, I do like the idea of a mascot.
@Miss Lil Angel They're under by around 9 forests, I wouldn't
@Paranørmall is great with lizards, I think you already asked Cynder
Regrettably, I'm leaning towards changing the name. Normally I wouldn't be bothered by the mascot's current name, but I think making it the official mascot of the wiki wasn't the best choice. In my opinion, it's not the most mature title, it brings down the overall professionalism of our wiki, and some users seem to be offended by it's title. Don't get me wrong- I'm fine with the overall choice either way- but I would support changing the name to a more accepted title. Unregistered FANDOM users can still easily view pages, and we don't have a solid way of determining whether an account's user is underage or not. Some people get uncomfortable when uncleanly language is used around them. I am totally aware of the fact that the usage of the mascot's title is allowed, and I understand that this is a 13+ environment, but overall I believe it wasn't the best choice of wording for it's title, and that it has resulted in more harm than good.
I just spelled 'Armadillo' wrong-

That is incredible artwork, Akita is gorgeous!
^ At least in my opinion. Rereading my last comment, I sounded harsh, and I apologize for that. I'll admit, these discussion posts are nowhere near as active the AJPWIWW, so I can totally understand where you're coming from!
Great! How are you?
Wdym? The discussions here were never the most active, but they're not dead.
